Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) is a national charity that empowers veterans and people with disabilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives. We deliver jobs, homes, and community.

Our social enterprises, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company and Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company, are powered by veterans and people with disabilities who have faced barriers to employment. These roles are not acts of charity; our teams are valued for their skills and operate to high professional standards, delivering products to major UK clients. These operations prove that social impact and commercial excellence can thrive together.

RBLI also delivers LifeWorks nationally, an award-winning employment programme that helps veterans and people with disabilities into meaningful, sustained work.

At the heart of RBLI is our unique village in Aylesford, Kent, the UK’s largest veteran community of its kind. It offers a full care pathway, including emergency accommodation, supported living apartments, and purpose-built independent homes. Every element is designed to provide stability, dignity, and a deep sense of belonging.

With more than 100 years of experience, RBLI continues to innovate, developing practical, life-changing solutions that support people into work and provide stability when it’s needed most.
